Our client, a leading financial organization, is undergoing a significant transformation of its business and IT infrastructure through a multi-year digitalization initiative. They are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of solutions for the re-platforming of their internal banking-related systems. This role offers an unique opportunity to lead a high-impact project that will shape the future of FinTech technologies. The position is initially offered as a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Key Contributions:

• Lead the design and architecture of solutions for the re-platforming of banking systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Develop end-to-end architecture solutions that align with business objectives and IT strategies.
• Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions adhere to industry security standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring architectural best practices are followed.

Core Expectations:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Deep understanding of banking regulatory frameworks, and compliance standards.
• Strong knowledge of banking systems, data architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience with modern technologies such as microservices, APIs, containerization, and cloud platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
