Job Duties:

• Perform data cleansing and analyze complex data sets to find business opportunities, gain customer insights, and identify root causes for better decision-making.
• Create data models and build pipelines to support analysis projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design dashboards and prepare clear reports and presentations.

Key Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in the insurance or finance sectors.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Skilled in Python, SQL, and Power BI for data work.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering impactful analytics solutions.
• Good communication skills to explain findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
