Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for watch and jewelry design and development that meet the marketing strategy, actively involve from concept, idea sketch and presentation to production.
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within established brand identity guidelines.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform creative strategies and concepts.
• Product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process.
• Daily communication with Sale dept. and R&D team.
• Creative, meticulous, a good team player and able to meet tight deadline.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experiences in WATCH industry.
• Experienced in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator for digital drawing.
• Experienced in 3D printing.
• Strong sense of market trend and knowledge in watch and jewelry production.
• Creative, detail-oriented, responsible and independent.
• Team working, excellent interpersonal, scheduling and communication skills.
• Willing to travel to PRC frequently.
• Good command of spoken & written English and communicative Mandarin.
• Candidates with more experiences would be considered as Senior Designer.
