Responsibilities :

• To oversee daily operations and management of assigned premises and conduct regular inspections to ensure a well-maintained environment
• To coordinate building inspections, maintenance and repair works in terms of product and service sourcing, stakeholder liaison and inventory management
• To maintain log record of building activities and expenses to facilitate budget management
• To supervise office support staff and contractors for providing quality building services
• To assist in designing of building notices and other promotional materials
• To perform ad-hoc duties for Facility Services Unit

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility / Housing Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in sizeable organizations
• Good computer skills of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, and Chinese typing skill
• Knowledge in design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop is an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese languages
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-minded and service-oriented
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Work location: Ap Lei Chau, transportation to be provided
