• Process all check-in and check-out procedures in an effective and efficient way;
• Provide high quality services and various information to guests;
• Handle guests’ enquires effectively and efficiently.

Requirement :

• Degree / Diploma holder or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related discipline;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Applicants with more experience will be considered as Senior Guest Services Officer;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
