Job Description:

• Handle telephone reservations and incoming correspondences;
• Handle guest’s daily reservation;
• Responsible for handling hotel incoming calls;
• Provide high quality services and various information to guests;
• Answer guests’ enquires.

Requirement:

• Degree / Diploma holder or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related studies;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered;
• Strong communication skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
• Applicants with more experience will be considered as Senior Reservation & Communication Officer.
