Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operation of Shroff Office and revenue management, including but not limited to fees collection, receipting, refund handling, debt recovery processing, report checking and handling internal and external enquiries on revenue collection;
• Perform internal control, risk management and efficiency initiatives of the insurance functions;
• Liaise with relevant internal parties in administering and processing claims and insurance related matters;
• Perform monthly account closing and handle auditing matters;
• Assist in the developing internal procedures and guidelines related to regulatory compliance;
• Participate in system implementation and continue enhancement projects or other ad hoc assignments; and
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor(s)

Job Requirements

• Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines
• Professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline gained from recognised professional bodies
• At least 5 years’ working experience in auditing and/or accounting
• Experience in hospital/insurance field is preferred
• Team player with good problem solving and coordination skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications

Compensation and Employment Terms

Appointment will be made on a 3-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
