Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience. Experience in CRM, web project management and development, digital media, data analysis or a similar role within the IT sector is a plus
Familiarity with digital tools and technologies, including digital platforms, website management, content systems, UI/UX principles, and social media best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to gather stakeholder requirements and drive solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment and across various locations
Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required.

The Digital Project Officer will support digital projects under St. James’ Settlement, including Charity Today, Green Ladies & Green Little, by collaborating with Communication, Technical, and Social Service teams to gather requirements, coordinate testing, and ensure successful delivery and maintenance of online platforms aligned with organizational goals. This role offers a friendly work environment, valuable learning opportunities, and the chance to contribute to meaningful social projects
Job Duties:
Assist end-to-end digital platforms development including planning and execution, stakeholder requirements, project documentation, and timeline management to ensure successful delivery
Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance, usability, and accessibility standards
Analyze digital platforms’ performance and user feedback while staying current with industry trends to drive continuous optimization to streamline the operation procedures
Closely work with external vendors and service providers, ensuring they deliver quality services as per agreements
Conduct basic troubleshooting, diagnose and resolve common technical issues
Help develop training materials and conduct training sessions for staff and provide ongoing support and assistance to end-users for queries and tasks
