Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our online shop (Shopify), including product listings, order processing, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with e-platforms such as HKTVmall. Shopify is highly advantageous
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that will drive traffic and sales to the online shop.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks relevant to E-commerce operation, if any.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing online shops, preferably in the e-commerce industry; Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply (Candidates with less experience will considered as E-commerce Assistant ).
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, specializing in Shopify, optimize the online store for user experience and conversions.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva is a plus.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
