Our client is a well known retail group. To expand the business, it is now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire spectrum of IT operations, including retail store systems, CRM, POS, SAP, help desk support, and online platforms.
• Implement and manage IT Projects
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP, CRM, and POS systems across all retail locations.
• Ensure the stability, scalability, and security of IT systems, including retail store technology, data analytics, help desk support, and online shopping platforms.
• Collaborate with external vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects and services
• Manage project implementation cycle and assures quality of deliverables are within budget and scheduled timeline
• Understand business process, requirements and translating them to functional requirements
• Provide regular or adhoc support

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Hands-on experience with SAP, CRM systems, POS systems, and other retail-related IT platforms.
• Experience in retail industry is a must
• Good knowledge of retailing projects
• Solid experience in Microsoft office
• Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
• Good team player, well organized, able to work independently and under pressure
