You’ll focus on engaging the most qualified experienced candidates by building relationships with job seekers and candidates, while understanding the dynamic hiring needs of each business. Our team actively recruits for full time employees at all levels, from experienced to executive, as well as fixed term, contingent, and flexible talent and supports the internal movement process between roles.


As a Senior Recruiter, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with stakeholders on end to end recruitment
  • Coaching hiring managers and supporting functional Partners on hiring plans and resourcing plans
  • Full lifecycle recruiting, such as researching, sourcing, talent mapping, designing processes, a working understanding of local organizational structures, and salary trends.
  • Identify gaps and develop innovative hiring solutions that can help our organization and our management team scale a highly engaged and inclusive team
  • Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends.


Education

Degrees in Human resources , Finance or business related


Required Skills

  • More than 5 years' recruitment experience in recruitment firms or Professional Services firms
  • Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others.
  • Able to read situations and modify behavior to build quality relationships.
  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
  • Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
