Our client, an MNC company who operates across multiple countries, are looking for a Chief Human Resources Officer to be based in Hong Kong (Visa sponsorship will be provided if needed).


This role will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic visionLead and manage a diverse, international HR team across multiple locations
  • Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.
  • Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues.
  • Collaborating with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts to attract and develop a diverse and high-performing workforce.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
  • Designing and executing employee engagement programs, ensuring a positive work environment and a strong company culture.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles, with a track record of successfully driving HR strategies and initiatives
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
