This role will support our Singapore-based operations and presents a unique opportunity to collaborate with families and students seeking international education opportunities, all while being based in our headquarters in Hong Kong.
Reporting to our Head of Counselling, this vital role will build and maintain a portfolio of clients, helping with applications to international universities and schools. You will be responsible for day-to-day communication with parents and students, ensuring that our high standards are maintained.

Job Responsibilities
Guide and provide assistance to Singaporean students and families, advising them on a full range of international education options.
Manage students' portfolios, building and maintaining positive and professional client relationships throughout the entire application process.
Communicate and meet with schools/colleges representatives to follow up on students' applications.
Engage daily with parents and students to ensure client expectations are met and that your cases are progressing effectively.
Collaborate with our teaching team, working particularly closely with our academy leadership to ensure students are prepared for entrance examinations and required tests.
Assist in external seminars, participate in exhibitions, and deliver presentations.
Key Requirements
Overseas university graduate (from USA, UK, Australia or Canada) is a must
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Good understanding of Hong Kong International School and Singapore education system
Sensitive towards students’ needs and able to build up good relationship with clients
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Self-motivated, Self-directed, responsible, service-oriented and hard-working
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in computer software applications including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Five day work week (Monday – Friday)
