Our Client, a Global Asset Manager, is seeking an Office Manager and PA to the Country Head.
Responsibilities
Ensure a well organised and professional office environment that is welcoming to clients, visitors and colleagues
Act as the main liaison between Workplace team London and Hong Kong office
Act as first point of contact for general administrative queries
Liase with building management in response to maintenance issues, security, cleaning and queries
Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time, and be the main point of contact for Finance for invoice related matters
Manage office supplies, IT equipment and stationery requirements
Oversee all incoming and outgoing post and couriers
Organise office events and team-building activities
Will be trained and appointed Health & Safety Officer for Hong Kong office an will also be encouraged to train and be appointed as first aid officer
Provide high-level administrative support to Managing Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
Meeting and Travel coordination
Keeping gifts and entertainment registers up to date
Processing expense claims, using Oracle
Requirements
5 plus years experience in managing a workplace, supporting a team and providing personal assistance
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Outgoing, friendly and organised
Budget : circa HKD $40k per month plus discretionary bonus
