Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Own a portfolio of our 200+ potential long tail merchant and develop a high level of customer engagement with your contact and key decision-makers within your accounts through phone calls, WhatsApp and emails;
- Gain an understanding of merchants’ business model and be able to leverage this information to ensure that the customer adopt to SHOPLINE’s solution and features;
- Identify growth potential and develop your portfolio by adding new business opportunities;
- Get familiar with SHOPLINE products in order to meet & exceed quarterly targets of Up / Cross-selling;
- Effectively prioritize your time and energy based on merchant type and size in order to maximize impact on business;
- Provide account service to handle merchant enquiry about the platform and share business trends or insights
- Provide effective feedback to the product team to prioritise development tasks and suggest new product features;
- Be a strong advocate for our brand and product, interact and build a community of loyal customers;
- Might need to prepare and present workshop event for our merchants if necessary.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor degree or equivalent, preferred in e-commerce but not necessary
- Experience in any customer facing role, customer-focused attitude, commercial driven with good business sense
- Work under pressure and good time management skills
- Self starter and good team player
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Cantonese
- Proficiency in typing both English and Chinese
- POS, payment and social commerce experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills, effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Detail-minded, high organisational and able to manage multi-tasks skills in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, patient with people and willing to learn
- Curious and interested in technology, new products and data analysis
- Immediate available is preferred
