Exp - 4-7 yrs

• Required Technical Skill Set : Prod Support (L2), DevOps, Unix, Shell Scripting, Control-M, Geneos,

• Oracle/Sybase Database

• Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• Prod Support (L2), DevOps experience (if any)

• Banking & Finance background

• UNIX commands and shell scripting

• Hands on (including tool configuration) - Geneos & ControlM

• Basic Database knowledge (Sybase, Oracle)

• Basic knowledge in GCP, Open shift

Good-to-Have

• Python knowledge (desirable)

• Basic idea on Equities and Derivatives trading (desirable)

• Good English communication skills (desirable)

• Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

• L2 Production Support – Equity & Derivatives Platform applications

• Working from customer location in HKG

• Need to work in shifts (Early/General/Late) and support on weekends/local holidays if needed. Comp-o given for weekend/local holiday support.
