Role and Responsibilities:

As an Exchange Operation Manager, you will:

1. Be responsible for the foundational confiquration tasks of our exchange business, including user engagement,product listing and delisting, fee rate setting, and announcement publishing.
2. Apply your professional knowledge and experience to ensure that our exchange operations comply with regulatory requirements while providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

1. Educational Background:Preference will be given to graduates from overseas institutions or domestic 211 universities,with a bachelors degree or above.
2. Language Skills: Proficiency in English, capable of using it as a working language for business communication and report writing.
3. Background:5-8 years of operational experience, with a background in compliance exchange licensed operations, familiar with financial regulatory frameworks and exchange operation processes
4. Exchange Business Basic Configuration: Primarily responsible for the basic configuration of exchange business operations, including but not limited to use engagement,product listing and delisting. fee rate setting, and announcement publishing.
5. Project Management: Able to independently manage projects, ensuring timely completion and achieving desired outcomes.
