Executive Officer in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 531536) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good university degree, with at least 5 years’ relevant hands-on experience at supervisory level in publications or editorial work, communication, media relations or public relations in the higher education or commercial sector. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills; and the ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines. They should also be a good team player with the ability to multi-task and be very attentive to details. The appointee will provide a high level of administrative support to communications and media relations, including the preparation of publications, promotional or presentation materials, correspondences, other forms of reports, as well as media releases.
