Responsibilities:

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handle customer feedbacks, provide necessary support in resolving the feedbacks by obtaining and evaluating relevant information.
  • Process orders, applications and requests from dealers.
  • Managing logistics flow and keep dealers posted on status.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
  • Manage dealer’s accounts and adhere to an indoor sales target.
  • Travel to visit dealer’s office as and when required.
  • Eventing support when required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Diploma in related field. 
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required, preferably in beauty and skin care industry. 
  • Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point.
  • Able to write and communicate in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
