Your Company Our client, a leading lifestyle product provider in Hong Kong, is seeking a dynamic and experienced marketing professional to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive brand and product marketing strategies, both online and offline, to increase brand awareness and sales growth.
Your Role As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will: - Drive brand and product marketing messaging for both online and offline channels.
- Formulate and execute marketing strategies for media, campaigns, events, partnerships, and storytelling.
- Lead and develop a global marketing team, including Marketing, PR & Communications, Influencer, and Social Media.
- Manage all digital marketing channels (website, SEM, SEO, emails, and social media) to ensure brand consistency.
- Develop and drive an e-commerce marketing vision and roadmap.
- Collaborate on annual marketing planning and budget processes.
- Lead all e-commerce marketing activities, including acquisition, search, email, advertising, retention, loyalty, and affiliate marketing.
- Optimise marketing spending and achieve ROAS targets.
- Oversee consumer data strategy and implement customer relationship marketing programs.
- Conduct competitive analyses to identify relevant strategies, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
What You'll Need to Succeed - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of branding and the e-commerce landscape for the US market.
- Knowledge of best marketing practices, including email marketing, SEM, and PPC advertising.
- Working knowledge of SEO and digital marketing tools.
- Superb analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated global market experience with an emphasis on the US market.
- Knowledge of all marketing functions, including acquisition, retention, eCommerce management, and traditional marketing functions.
- Creative leadership with global team engagement experience.
- 15+ years of experience in marketing and digital with a consumer-focused products brand.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to inform revenue strategies and decision-making.
