I am partnering with a top-tier investment bank to seek a Korean-speaking event coordinator.

Your new role

• Maintain client relationships: Establishing and sustaining strong connections with corporate clients, meeting their requirements, and addressing any inquiries or issues they may have.
  
• Coordinating roadshows, conferences, and events: Planning and execution of roadshows, investor conferences, and other corporate events throughout Asia. This will involve managing logistics, schedules, guest lists, and ensuring smooth event coordination.
• Organizing investor meetings: Arranging and managing meetings between Corporates, Research Analysts, and institutional investors. This involves scheduling, sending invitations, and ensuring the successful conduct of meetings.
• Facilitating communication: Collaborating with the Korea and ASEAN Corporate Access teams and the HK Team, assist in communications with Korean, ASEAN, and HK corporations and investors to arrange conference calls or customized field trips. Acting as a link between Corporates, investors, Research, and internal teams, maintain regular communication with all stakeholders to ensure effective coordination.
• Managing databases: Responsible for maintaining accurate and updated investor and corporate databases to ensure that client and corporate information is current and readily accessible to internal teams.
  
• Keeping abreast of regulations/internal policies: Stay updated on relevant market regulations, compliance policies, and industry standards to ensure that client activities adhere to legal requirements.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Native korean speaker, fluent in English.
  
• 1+ year in the event or related field. Preferrbly in the banking industry.
  
• Degree holder or above in Business, Marketing, Finanace, or related field.
  
• Immediate availability is a bonus.
