Our client is a global leading 3rd Party Logistics, providing 3PL and Contract Logistic Services. They are looking for a Key Account and Commercial Manager to join their team. Your new role

  • Implement strategic measures for the management, growth, and revenue retention of account portfolios, striving for continuous revenue and contribution margin (CM) growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects to develop creative solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Execute the Strategic Roadmap for defined accounts.
  • Engage with the regional commercial team to drive efficiencies and develop new ideas/initiatives in support of ongoing account development goals and objectives.

  • Consult with customer representatives to identify the outcomes clients require, utilising expertise to gather customer data, clarify immediate customer needs, and develop and agree on a specification of customer requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of Supply Chain, preferably in a multicultural environment.
  • Ideally, with international transportation/logistics experience, international order management is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow customer relationships.
  • Proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
