Key responsibilities:

• Support the Lump Sum Grant human resources projects of the organization
• Partner with external consultant to conduct the total rewards strategies and HR initiatives;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to execute HR projects that align with the strategic goals of the organization;
• Assist in the review of HR policies and procedures, as well as HR process automation and re-engineering initiatives;
• Provide and analyze HR data and metrics for management review;
• Participate in the HRIS implementation and enhancement; and
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline;
• Minimum of 6 to 8 years or above relevant experience in human resources management, with working exposures in non-government organizations will be an advantage;
• Well-versed with Hong Kong employment related ordinances and regulations;
• Hands-on approach with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment;
• Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
