Job Summary
As a key team player in the Brand and Campaign Marketing Team, you will enhance brand awareness and product consideration in the HK and GBA markets. You will manage agency relationships, implement content, and campaign executions, and collaborate with internal and external teams to drive effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
The Job
Assist in developing and executing brand strategies to drive FWD brand visibility and product consideration in the HK and GBA markets.
Support the execution of brand and product campaigns by collaborating with creative and media agencies, from creative idea development to production and post-campaign evaluation.
Manage and develop social content, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, and XHS, to achieve business objectives.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including different departments, business partners, compliance, and legal teams, to deliver effective marketing initiatives.
Support business stakeholders in using and developing brand assets and enforce brand policy to ensure brand consistency.
Monitor KPIs to measure the success of marketing campaigns and provide insights for timely adjustments.
Support ad hoc duties and other tasks assigned by the manager from time to time.
The Person
Degree holder in marketing, communications, media, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector. Candidates from agency backgrounds with relevant experience will also be considered.
Knowledge of insurance products is an added advantage.
Experience in managing integrated campaign execution, including content creation, production, and social media strategies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and facilitate business interactions.
A self-starter and a good team player with creativity and passion for delivering success.
Detailed and customer-oriented mindset, passionate about working in an ever-changing market and embracing challenges.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
