Crown Worldwide Group currently has an opening for a: Customer Services Consultant

Job Title

Location: Hong Kong

Senior Mobility Advisor, report to CS Manager, Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints to maintain high level of customer satisfaction
• Process customer’s order and follow up till delivery completion
• Liaise with operations department to ensure accurate and timely delivery
• Maintain effective communication with customers to achieve service excellence
• Organize and update filing system and other daily files
• Perform other clerical tasks as assigned from time to time

Professional Skills & Qualifications

• Form 5 graduate or above
• Minimum one year of customer service working experience
• Excellent telephone manner
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and a team player
• Proficient in PC, particularly in MS Excel 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fluent in Putonghua is a must
• Positive work attitude: committed, willing to help, to learn and to participate
