Role Purpose:

As a Customer Solution Lead / Specialist, you will oversee customer solution function for entire customer journey in all customer touch points such as phone, website, omnichannel and other internal application and maintain SLAs with monitoring of product and service quality.

A typical day in the Role:

  • Develop and maintain omnichannel (such as email & chatbot) templates for quality customer experience from inquiry, onboarding to service delivery
  • Design & conduct survey for customer satisfaction score with call monitoring insights to execute improvement plan for service excellence
  • Participate in full projects cycle to formulate and follow up CS solutions to meet requirements with ongoing monitoring of task progress including project status & timeline reporting and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Attend regular product & service review meetings, prepare presentation materials, periodic statistics & management reports and perform other duties assigned by supervisors and management
  • Bridge between different business units to develop and standardize customer communication materials
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new system functionalities and features
  • Assist in the development of user manuals and training materials
  • Develop and implement AI and Generative AI models into web applications to enhance customer experience
  • Participate in project planning sessions to analyze development requirements and provide accurate time estimates
  • Maintain clear documentation of the development process, architecture, and standards
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor and management

Success will depend on:

  • Diploma in Business discipline or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in CS, proven experience in web tools application
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, detail-mined, willing to learn new techniques, able to work independently in fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
  • PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
  • Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Senior Customer Solution Specialist or Customer Solution Specialist
