Responsibility :

• Prepare House Bill of Lading (HBL) , invoices, manifest and others as per ISO procedures.
• Packing & sorting of document for dispatching.
• Handle customer enquiries in good service manner, help customers to trace shipment and document.
• Make regular contact to customers to confirm receipt of booking and readiness of HBL for collection.
• Timely preparation of document and maintain high accuracy.
• Help customers on complaints and report to senior when problem persists.
• To take up additional tasks as required to meet the Division’s need.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements :

• Tertiary education or above in relevant disciplines.
• 1 year or above work experience in Freight Forwarding / shipping Industry.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Chinese Input Method.
• Good written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Applicant with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Sea Export Operation Clerk.

 

Working Location:  36 Tsing Yi Hong Wan Road, Asia Logistics Hub (10-minute free shuttle bus service from MTR Tsing Yi).

Working Hours:  5 work days per week.
