Responsibilities:

• Drive new business revenue by developing new customers, originating placement deals and progressing new business opportunities in aircraft leasing, sales, and remarketing;
• Lead lease negotiations, contract structuring, and collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth transactions and successful deal closures;
• Generate and co-ordinate aircraft leasing and portfolio trading projects, mainly within the Asia Pacific region as requested;
• Conduct industry research, analyze market trends, and assess credit risks to provide strategic insights that drive business growth;
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with airlines customers, financial institutions, OEMs, and other key industry stakeholders;
• Represent CALC Group at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities; and
• Perform ad-hoc duties and business travel as assigned by the company.

Requirements:

• With relevant education background in Business, Finance, Aviation or related field;
• At least 8 years’ experience in aviation related industry of which have certain years’ experience in aircraft lessor, with a focus on sales and marketing;
• Strong understanding of the Asia Pacific aviation market, business models, and leasing structures;
• With successful track record of placing new and used aircrafts;
• Expertise in contract negotiation and deal structuring;
• Strong business acumen with excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skill;
• Self-motivated, good team player, customer focused, result oriented; and
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
