Our client, a leading lifestyle product provider based in Hong Kong, is seeking a talented CRM Manager to join their team. This company focusses on the US and EU markets and is dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to its customers.

Your Role
In this role, you will:

• Spearhead the development and enhancement of CRM strategies, collaborating closely with Marketing, E-Commerce, App, and Data teams.
• Design and implement strategies to foster market and channel growth.
• Conduct continuous testing to identify and establish best practices.
• Leverage data insights to improve brand performance.
• Segment customers based on cross-platform demographics and behaviour through in-depth data analysis.
• Automate customer journeys to engage, cross-sell, up-sell, and reactivate customers across various markets.
• Work with Marketing, Creatives, Product, Sales, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and communications.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and manage relationships with external vendors.

What You'll Need to Succeed
To excel in this position, you should have:

• 3-5 years of experience in creating and managing successful CRM or loyalty programs.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and lifecycle management software.
• A solid understanding of customer lifecycle and segmentation.
• The ability to think strategically and lead initiatives while being hands-on with execution.
• Strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
• Experience in a fast-paced or growth-stage company is advantageous.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English.
