Legal counsel

This is a legal counsel role with the following requirements:

Focus on international regulatory compliance

1. Provide counsel on one or multiple major legal disciplines (IP, consumer, trade, data privacy, employment, corporate)

2. Support and protect business operations

3. Identify, research, and evaluate alternative risk factors regarding business decisions and overall operations

4. Conduct all assignments with integrity and a high degree of responsibility

The candidate should:

1. have 3+ years of legal practice or in-house experience

2. 2+ years experience in regulatory compliance issue relating to online marketplace, online retail or online payment

3. be entrepreneural and proactive

4. be able to work independently
