Our partner is a fast-growing hospitality and lifestyle group with a myriad of upcoming openings and thrilling new projects. As they continue expanding, they are now in need of a talented Art Director.

We seek individuals with a keen creative eye who excel in leading design efforts. We're after creative thinkers who can bring ideas to life through elevated visual design, beautiful typography, engaging graphics in print and digital, and photo art direction.

This role will:

• Lead the design and execution of new restaurant experiences and brand projects across multiple creative disciplines, including: menus, print collaterals, packaging, typographic design systems, visual design systems (photo art direction, art, illustration), and multi-channel creative applications (website, EDMs, social);
• Support the Creative Director in driving and establishing consistently high quality creative;
• Ensure a high level of organisation whilst managing multiple deadlines;
• Partner with printers, content strategists, agencies, photographers, and designers to develop high quality creative;
• Develop shot lists and art direct photo shoots, including product and lifestyle photography.
  
  
  

We seek candidates with:

• 6 to 10 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in hospitality;
• Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Fine Arts or equivalent practical experience;
• Experience working with external creative and managing production partners;
• Expertise in photo art direction, basic retouching, video editing, video production a plus;
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, Lightroom
• Acumen in the craft of design, from concept through execution, with a meticulous approach and eye;
• Expert knowledge of typography, photography, design, colour theory
• Ability to work independently and proactively, but also capable of being a part of a team and building meaningful relationships with peers;
• Acute attention to detail with exceptional time management skills;
• Ability to navigate ambiguity whilst managing stakeholders and working with evolving deadlines and scopes;
