Job Description:

Jabra is searching for a highly skilled and motivated sales professional to operate as a key member of the Jabra Enterprise Sales Team of Hong Kong & Macau. The Partner Development Executive/Manager is responsible for managing new and existing enterprise partners, including channel partner account planning and management, and execution of sales activities required to drive revenue and achieve sales objectives within the enterprise market. Co-working with both distributor and System-Integrator (SI) is expected.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage & develop existing and new partners of Jabra, including key resellers and strategic alliance partners.
  • Identify customer prospects within the HK enterprise market and follow up on identified prospects to create new business opportunities for sales pipeline development.
  • Utilize solution sales processes and CRM to build and manage an appropriate customer opportunity pipeline to meet sales objectives.
  • Develop and leverage reseller and strategic alliance partnerships to penetrate customer accounts, identify opportunities, generate run rate revenue, and manage sales projects through to close.
  • Provide customer feedback and market insight to the organization in support of the Jabra go-to-market strategy, programs, and offerings.
  • Develop and execute sales plans with the objective of capturing market share.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts to conduct account mapping.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis and coordinate engagement of support staff as needed.
  • Manage customer proof of concept and product testing/qualification projects.
  • Help customers identify product use cases per employee profiles, delivering value-added customized product and service solutions.
  • Propose and manage activities related to targeted account sales/marketing campaigns and/or programs.
  • Input, manage, and analyze data from customer sales systems (CRM).
  • Timely exercise related reports professionally guided and assigned by management.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of enterprise channel management experience, including expertise in the AV industry, IT industry, or telecommunication.
  • Prior working experience in UC Vendor, Telco, IT System-Integrator (IT SI)/AV System-Integrator (AV SI), or enterprise distributor is a plus.
  • Possessing good relationships with various enterprise clients.
  • Successful experience presenting to groups and ‘C’ level contacts.
  • Tech-savvy and outgoing.
  • Detail-minded person.
  • Enterprise Account Management and Sales Project Management experience is beneficial.
  • Proficient in word processing tools.
  • Able to work professionally within assigned deadlines and handle ad hoc jobs assigned by the management.
  • Able to work in a dynamic & flexible workplace.
  • Candidate with less working experience will be considered as Partner Development Executive.
