Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall framework and process design of cross-border payment-related products, as well as the interaction and UI design of corresponding activities.
• Work closely with fiat currency deposit and withdrawal products, understand key products such as channels and P2P, and provide excellent and reasonable design solutions based on product requirements.
• Ensure the products you are responsible for are convenient and usable, with a good user experience. Promote the improvement of experience issues and the upgrade of user satisfaction.
• Gain insights into industry and competitor strategies, analyze online data effects, adjust and optimize design solutions based on analysis, and promote implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a design-related field. Overseas study experience is preferred.
• Over 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with experience in user growth design and motion/visual design being a plus.
• Proficient in design software such as Fima and Adobe. Strong product and interaction thinking, and business understanding. Capable of participating in user research and product design.
• Strong comprehension and communication skills. Able to communicate efficiently with product and business teams, balancing business goals and user experience goals.
• Strong execution skills. Able to efficiently produce design solutions in different directions.
• Experience or keen on financial trading, digital currency, blockchain, and Web 3 is preferred.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
