Job Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in the user experience design industry, having participated in the interaction design of medium to large-scale products.
• Experience in the Web3 industry is preferred.
• Rich theoretical knowledge of design and a keen ability to observe and summarize popular elements, with a strong pursuit of design quality.
• Possess certain product and interaction thinking, capable of participating in interaction process design, with good business understanding and the ability to integrate online and offline design.
• Enthusiastic about work, with a global perspective, proactive in communication, able to quickly advance ideas and effectively communicate with colleagues.
• Have a certain foresight of industry development and can implement discovered ideas into projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a design-related field, with overseas study experience and experience working in large companies preferred.
• Experience in the crypto field is preferred.
• Over 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with experience in user growth design and motion/visual design being a plus.
• Strong comprehension and communication skills, able to communicate efficiently with product and business teams, balancing business goals and user experience goals.
• Strong execution skills, able to efficiently produce design solutions in different directions.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
