Enterprise Sales Manager

Jabra Hong Kong is now looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager based in Hong Kong to develop new business area, account planning and management, and execution of sales activities required to drive revenue and achieve sales objectives within mass yet valuable enterprise market. This Is a great opportunity for the right candidate who wants to move up a fast growth company as their next job and join a winning team! This role reports to the Head of Sales, HONG KONG & MACAU.


This person would ideally have a background in technology sales with the willingness to expand the Jabra sales footprint in Hong Kong and would be responsible for

  • Identify customer prospects within HK enterprise market, and follow up on identified prospects to create new business opportunities for sales pipeline development
  • Being the face of the Jabra Hong Kong Enterprise business and therefore comfortable with media and other social media;
  • Constant negotiation with customers, potential customers, partners, alliances and more to grow the Jabra market and mindshare in Hong Kong;
  • Utilize internal manpower to execute sales plans to capture customer category share and ensure a long-term relationship delivering recurring revenue in the accounts hunted or assigned.
  • Propose and manage activities related to targeted account sales/marketing campaigns and/or programs
  • Strategic and scenario planning for growth.
  • Operations reporting, CRM and the usual back office work required in a modern sales team


To be a successful candidate, you should be

  • Have a demonstrated track record of at least 3 years' experience selling technology in the enterprise market;
  • Comfortable and Conversant with modern telecoms technology and familiar with Unified Communications.
  • Experience in Audio Visual business is an advantage;
  • Be comfortable with senior leadership in clients, the channel and alliance partners;
  • Able to travel around Hong Kong & Macau to visit clients;
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or Management with equivalent work experience; Master’s Degree in Business and Management an advantage
  • A fan of electronic gadgets is preferred and this will be tested during the interview process!
