Responsibilities:
- Initiate effective customer growth campaigns and manage effective business planning to expand acquire quality customers.
- Build a strong and differentiated digital CVP to maximize product penetration via digital and branch channels to achieve business growth targets.
- Leverage on different channels, in particular the digital channel, to expand and widen customer base, and to drive portfolio growth and increase customer revenue.
- Design customer offer and channel incentives to instrument effective acquisition campaigns and grow quality customer base.
- Work closely with Marketing, Business Intelligence & Planning, GBP, WM, Sales & Distribution Channels to device customer growth initiatives to drive NTB Digital Penetration, AUM and Product Penetration.
- Develop analytics, management reporting and business intelligence to monitor campaign results and make recommendations to continuously improve customer quality and revenue potential.
- Manage projects under agile methodology to develop new mobile app functions, personalized customer journey and maximize customer profitability across channels; yet comply with regulatory requirements, controls and procedures.
- Manage digital acquisition channels from customer journey design to partnership and channel offer strategy.
- Drive customer engagement initiatives to achieve qualified ratio and product penetration.
- Manage business reporting and campaign effectiveness evaluation.
- Manage new initiatives covering digital asset management and content management system (CMS).
- Competitive research to keep updated of marketing intelligence.
- Handle customer enquiry from branch or telemarketing channels.
Requirements:
- Preferably a Degree holder or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer management or product development, preferably in retail banking industry; experience in e-business will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of segment management, customer proposition, fintech trend and development.
- Experience in digital project management.
- Ability to analyze data then formulate appropriate and effective customer strategy plans to achieve customer growth targets.
- Knowledge in bank operating and frontline sales.
