We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, mind for conceptualisation, and most importantly stellar Art Directions coupled with hands-on design skills e.g. illustration, graphic and photo retouching to name a few. You will work in a fast paced environment and with a team of multi-disciplined, creative and energetic people on a portfolio of some of the world's largest, most renown brands across Travel & Hospitality, Financial Services & Banking, Innovative Technologies and Telecommunications, etc.


You’ll collaborate with the team(s) in conceptualisation; lead Art Directions and design executions for integrated initiatives, as well as cross-channel marketing platforms. You will work closely with one of the Creative Directors and has the opportunity to work with the group Chief Creative Officer. There may be traveling involved as well.


Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with copy-base creatives, develop a range of powerful, compelling art directions & social content; for respective projects.
  • Presenting visual designs, concepts and storyboards to internal teams and clients.
  • Mentoring designers & art directors, to produce cross-channel art-base creative output
  • Working on multiple projects in a small / large group setting.
  • Be persistent in managing deadlines and work quality.


Requirement:

  • Degree holder with background in design, graphic, art or multimedia
  • 1 year of experience in creative industry
  • A Portfolio that includes: Conceptual and design skills that show off your talent in advertising and design, showcase your personal pick, the best, the prettiest, the most visually impactful art work or design
  • Skilful in Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects & video production a plus
  • A knack for strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and creative execution
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English
  • Personality: sense of humor, open-mindedness, energetic and curiosity
  • Open to a fresh graduate with a strong portfolio
