Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis across verticals to provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive strategic and operational decision-making.

• Analyzing how various marketing campaigns are performing.
• Building/implementing various statistics models to improve overall product offering and user experience.
• Working closely with internal teams to identify, define, collect, and track key business metrics for products or business processes.
• Pulling data required from different data sources to conduct a business analysis, build reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor performance.
• Performing data analysis and creating dashboards as per defined KPIs.
• Driving change in tech/process backed by data.
• Monitoring and providing feedback loop during execution of various initiatives
• Conceptualizing user acquisition and retention model to predict the marketing efforts required to meet the targets.
• Analyzing how the user-base has grown in specific cities over time and insights to replicate and fasten it in other places.
• Publishing & communicating weekly metrics to help teams take proactive actions.
• Analyzing the funnels for various Organic channels and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Identifying opportunities for generating efficiency & business impact through automation/data analytics
