Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in Kwun Tong District. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, identifying client needs and providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction through regular follow-ups. Daily tasks include coordinating with various departments to meet client requirements, preparing client reports, and analyzing account performance. The Account Manager will also be involved in strategic planning to enhance client engagement and retention.

Qualifications
  • Client Relationship Management, Client Retention, and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to identify client needs and deliver suitable solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in account performance analysis and report preparation
  • Strategic planning and project management skills
  • Ability to coordinate with various departments effectively
  • Relevant experience in account management or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
