Develop and implement talent management strategies, including workforce planning, employee engagement initiatives, and leadership development programs.
Advise leadership on HR best practices, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with contemporary people management approaches.
Utilize data analytics to assess workforce trends and drive informed decision-making related to talent acquisition, retention, and employee development.
Manage employee relations, fostering a positive workplace culture and proactively addressing employee concerns.
Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, feedback processes, and succession planning to promote a high-performance culture.
Oversee compensation and benefits strategies, conducting market assessments to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organizational objectives.
Support change management initiatives and organizational development efforts to enhance overall effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
University graduate with 5-8 years of experience as an HR business partner within sizable organizations.
Proven ability to drive HR initiatives that support business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of organizational development, employee relations, recruitment, talent development, and performance management.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach to partnering with leadership and staff.
Open and approachable personal style, characterized by high energy and commitment.
Self-driven, positive, diplomatic, and adept at engaging with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Dependable, capable of multitasking, and committed to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field.
