Exciting new role for a Senior IT Business Analyst to help drive new technology innovations within a global investment bank. In this role you will be responsible for technology incubation and strategic planning based on emerging technologies and trends.

Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis to evaluate and recommend strategic business initiatives, process enhancements, or technology implementations
• Lead design thinking workshops to brainstorm, refine and prioritize ideas for change
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, growth best practices, and regulatory developments
• Drive communication and influence a broad range of stakeholders including executives

Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience in ideating and implementing new technological solutions within a financial services environment
• Familiarity with tech incubation & strategic planning
• Dedication to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments (i.e. GenAI, RPA, Data Analytics) and best practices
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to handle end to end project management
