Manage daily logistics and distribution operations, including coordinating DC operations, arranging domestic transportation (Hong Kong & Macau) and handling intra-Asia export shipment bookings for multiple channels (B2B & B2C) for all Capri brands.
Process system transactions for DC-related activities in the ERP system (by brand).
Serve as a backup for teammates across countries and brands within the HK & Rest of Asia Team.
Generate logistics-related reports (internal or external) on a regular basis.
Verify logistics-related billing and process payment requisitions in collaboration with the Finance team.
Manage and support reverse logistics processes (for both B2B & B2C) in alignment with the Quality inspection process.
Assist with non-merchandised items stock replenishment.
Support brand sales events arrangement.
Manage Aftersales Service and Spare parts inventory, working with stores, repair centers, and spare parts suppliers for all brands.
Participate in projects and provide support as necessary.
SKILLS and WORK EXPERIENCE
Hold a diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation Management, or a related field.
Possess over 2 years of work experience in shipping, transportation, or warehousing, preferably in a factory-facing environment.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing, with experience in ERP systems being preferred.
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, well-organized, and capable of working independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
