The Asia Group is now accepting applications for a full-time Office Manager to join our Hong Kong Office.

TAG is seeking an experienced Office Manager for rapid-growing Hong Kong office, supporting the daily operations of the office, along with organization of internal and for-clients events, travel coordination, and project execution. An ideal candidate need to be a proved problem-solver and an experienced internal organizational force. You will have exceptional internal communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the global operations of TAG, from our headquarters in Washington D.C. to more than a dozen offices across the Asia Pacific region. This position is full-time and will report to and work mainly under the instructions of the Managing Director and Head of Hong Kong Office. The Office Manager will focus on the operations of the Hong Kong Office but may be also required to support our work in Taiwan. Some regional travel might be required.
Responsibilities Include
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Manage complex calendar set-up and coordinate on executive travels
- Work with TAG finance team to prepare and report expense reports, administrative cost for Hong Kong office, and other purchase requisitions
- Build strong cross-markets and cross-functional relationships between departments and practices internally
- Help the Managing Director and Head of Hong Kong Office to work with other internal teams to onboard new clients
- Work with global operations teams to identify areas for streamlining or improving operational processes
- Other general in-office administrative and operational duties, as needed.
Required Experience And Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to one or more executives
- 5+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of one or more executives
- Proven experience in calendar management and expense report management
- Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other office productivity tools
- Experience successfully collaborating across own team and with cross-functional partners
- Effective internal communication skills and demonstrated experience in influencing and strategically solve problems
- Demonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in arts or sciences
- Business-Level English speaking and writing abilities
- Professional proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese
