Legal Counsel, Leading FMCG

Our client is a leading FMCG firm with multiple office locations globally. We are looking for a legal counsel to support on Legal and Compliance matters for their Hong Kong office.

Role & Responsibilities for Legal Counsel, Leading FMCG

• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, commercial strategies, and legal issues arising in daily business operations.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including distribution agreements, service agreements with various vendors and suppliers, terms and conditions for marketing initiatives and campaigns, tender documents, sales agreements, etc.
• Support other corporate functions’ in contract review and legal advice
• Conduct internal training sessions on legal topics, such as contract management, corporate compliance, and legal risk.
• Conduct legal research, laws and regulation updates

Qualifications for Legal Counsel, Leading FMCG

• Qualified lawyer with experience at a FMCG or handling general commercial scope
• Strong written & oral communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
