Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking a junior US Capital Markets Associate (circa 2023 Class Year) to join its expanding Hong Kong team. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, debt offerings, and equity-linked products , gaining exposure to high-value, cross-border matters. Responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing key transaction documents , advising on regulatory compliance, conducting legal research, and collaborating closely with senior lawyers and high-profile clients.

This role requires a meticulous approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

To be considered, you will have ideally obtained your JD from a leading law school and be bilingual English/Chinese. Your experience to date will also have been gained within a capital markets team at a top tier global practice.
