Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI AmbassadorTM at Asiabots Limited. The AI AmbassadorTM will be responsible for promoting the company's AI technology, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and providing personalized services using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and digital systems. This role is primarily located in Hong Kong SAR and Asia. The A.I. Ambassador addresses several key market needs and pain points, including:
Improved Customer Service Efficiency - Reduces wait times for customers seeking assistance, leading to higher satisfaction levels.
Cost Reduction - Minimizes the need for extensive customer service staff, allowing businesses to allocate resources more effectively.
Consistency in Responses - Delivers accurate and uniform information, reducing the likelihood of human error and ensuring a reliable customer experience.
Handling High Volume Inquiries - Capable of managing multiple inquiries simultaneously, which is especially beneficial during peak times or events.

Requirments
24/7 Availability: Provides round-the-clock support, ensuring customers can get help anytime, which is crucial for global businesses.
Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and chatbot systems
Knowledge of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese and 20+ languages
Ability to analyze data and provide business insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service or client engagement
