Assistant Manager, Business Planning and Innovation
Propose ideas to convert business plans into operational execution plans. Develop detailed operational plans with clear tasks, timelines, and resource allocations, while ensuring alignment with overall business strategies and adaptability to market changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into actionable strategies.
Drive digitalization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes.
Simplify workflows and procedures to improve business performance.
Ensure business and people plans are well thought out, communicated, and implemented.
Work with the data analytics team to enable data-driven decision-making in operations.
Lead all aspects of store development plans and openings.
Engage in projects and initiatives to drive transformation and continuous improvement.
Support the Manager in day-to-day operations and pharmacy business activities.
Assist the Store Execution team in project implementation.
Do you have experience in Retail Central Operations?
Tertiary education or equivalent
3-5 years of supervisory experience in the retail, beauty, fashion & apparel or related industries, experience in FMCG or health products-related business is a plus
Strong experience in retail operations and management
Sensitive to the commercial market and strong interpersonal skills
Customer-focused, mature individual with the ability to work autonomously
Good analytical minds, strong leadership and people skills
