Role Purpose:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for supporting sales force with daily sales administration activities & managing minor accounts for food & beverage team.

A typical day in the Role:

  • Support the Food & Beverage key account team by handling administrative duties, implementing customer pricing systems, and providing pitch-in information
  • Directly manage minor accounts, including day-to-day sales routine order management and driving vertical growth in business, e.g. club houses, high-end outlets, local catering chains and bakeries
  • Support the sales force with general operations to help achieve team objectives, including KPI tracking
  • Address incoming queries from new customers via phone calls and emails
  • Consolidate stock forecasts to ensure adequate supply aligns with sales activities

Success will depend on:

  • Diploma holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year related experience, preferably in sales administration/ FMCG field
  • Detail-minded, strong organizational skills and multi-tasking skills
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • PC knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
