• Degree or Diploma holder, preferably in Estate Management or related disciplines
• Holder of PMP License (Tier 1 or 2) preferred
• Minimum 4 years' relevant working experience 
• Good management and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proactive and outgoing personality
• Holder of valid driving license would be an advantage
