We are currently seeking a talented Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Blueprint. The individual will be responsible to ensure smooth operation of Blueprint’s reception and providing a premium customer experience in line with the brand image.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle reception duties, greet members, guests, and vendors.
• Liaise with building management and contractors for maintenance or cleaning needs.
• Handle mail and deliveries from couriers.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties requested by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

• Working experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
• Presentable and pleasant with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
• Familiar with PC operation such as MS Word and Excel
